My Love Tale
Dear sweetheart,
Everything dates back to 17th of August 2006…
This is when our story began.
That night, the whole bunch of UNSW Foundation students gathered at the front gate of KDU Collge (FYI: This is where we studied and met each other). I remembered that you were as attractive as always, with bees all around you. A little bit of jealousy but no big deal because I don’t know you at all. We boarded the bus, traveled all night to get to a jetty in Johor. There were breaks during the bus trip. I first talked to you during the first break where we were stopping at a highway rest station, discussing how I messed up Melissa’s trip (FYI: Apparently Melissa was this girl who stayed overnight at a friend’s house a day before the trip without telling her mom. And I was in charge of the security. Just doing head counts and calling people who were late for the gathering. Stupid me, I called the wrong number on the information sheet. Instead of calling her, I ended up calling the mom asking where she is as I accidentally read the emergency contact number column. That was when the secret was revealed. Sorry Melissa!). I just felt there was something special in you during that time. Just different. Well, maybe just a crush I told myself. Back to the bus, continue sleeping.
