Woman are always discriminated in this world, that is the fact. Woman are also considered weaker beings in this world, I agree too. All this years women in the world are asking for equal rights for them in the world. Think in this way, I am not against woman or have any grunches against any of the opposite sex – woman carrying heavy loads, they are put in the same category with man in sports, etc. Equal rights you ask for, this is part of the things which you have to bear too in equal rights. Some people just don’t understand what is equality between man and woman, and these people include man and woman both. Why do I say so? If woman ask for equal rights, they cannot ask for ladies-first anymore, they cannot just sit back and let the men be “gentlemen” anymore. Equal means fair in doing everything. In another way round, if man agrees with sexual equality, they will have to bear the responsibility to bear child too. It is true that woman are looked down upon in this world. Those are the extremes. Asking for equality is just also an extreme in the other side of the spectrum. Even in the Bible, God said in Genesis to Eve (indirectly to all the woman) that “…your desire shall be for your husband and he shall rule over you.” In the epistles, Paul wrote:”…wives, summit to your husband…” and “…husbands, love your wives…husbands ought to love their own wife as their own body…” From these, it is meant that woman, seek and summit to their own husband, as he is the head of the family and as for man, love woman and protect them! This is what that should be done: man, knowing that woman are always of the weaker ones, protect them and serve them no matter what.Do not look down on woman because they are not as strong as you. If they are as strong or even stronger than you, why do God give you, that is man the responsibility to rule over woman and protect them? The authority is given to man not to let man command woman to serve man, and be slaves, but to make use of the authority to protect woman from harm, whether physically or emotionally. As for woman, stop asking for equal rights, as from the equal rights, there will not be any equality anymore. This is not the way it should be. Being protected, yes, because you are weaker from man, it is not an insult towards woman. We honour woman because of your hard labour during childbirth which no other man can understand. Its an honour to be protected and respected. By having sexual equality, meaning man and woman both respect the different features between the both them, carry the respective responsibilities given by God and work out a good relationship to glorify God. If man and woman are meant to be standardised to be fully equal as in sharing the same rights in everything, God might as well create Adam with all the man and woman’s feature in him. But no, God created the both of Adam and Eve with distinct features. Some only Adam have and some only Eve have. Our God is a God of fairness and fun. He is not boring. He created man and woman! Therefore enjoy what we are now as male and females and carry out the commandments according to the Bible as man and woman. Everything we do, we should aim it back to God, as to glorify His work, and not to condemn it.

Also I am not here to argue who is right and who is wrong. Just my opinion.

But what pain is that compared to the one suffered my Christ alone?

Teach me to be like You, Jesus

To love without border

Unconditionally
